HOLISTIC FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

AEROBIC CAPACITY
Train your body to increase its cardiovascular fitness and aerobic capacity (VO2 max), while performing a combination of high-intensity cardio exercises, such as running, cycling, rowing, skiing and rope jumping.

BARBELL STRENGTH
Improve your overall strength and muscle mass through the use of heavy resistance exercises, like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, and rows; focus on controlled form and specific exercise tempo.

BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH
Use your own body weight as resistance to build strength, muscle mass and endurance, through exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, squats, planks, L-sit, handstands, pistols, plyometric jumps and many others.

CALISTHENICS
Challenge yourself with more complex and dynamic bodyweight exercises; perform movements that require greater strength, coordination, and balance, like muscle-ups, free handstand holds, front levers, back levers, planches and others.

GYMNASTICS
Learn and practice high skill CrossFit bodyweight movements, like the free handstand hold and walk, the kipping and butterfly pull-up, and the ring and bar muscle-up.

(HOLISTIC HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING)
Emphasize mind-body connection awareness and perform full-body functional movements in high-intensity metabolic conditioning workouts. Η.Η.Ι.Τ. aims to improve overall physical fitness and mental strength.

METCON
Push your heart rate and metabolism to higher levels; MetCon high-intensity workouts combine cardiovascular exercises with resistance training to improve overall fitness, endurance, and stamina.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
Learn how to perform the Olympic lifts efficiently: the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Work on your strength, speed, explosiveness, coordination and agility, while enhancing your athletic performance.

PERFORMANCE
Train like a CrossFit athlete; challenge your mind and body through high-intensity and high-skill challenging workouts; prepare yourself for competition or just enjoy the hard work.

PERSONAL TRAINING
We provide individualized workout plans with guidance, motivation and support. We help you improve your physical fitness, reach specific goals, and develop healthy habits for a lifetime of well-being.

YOGA
Vinyasa Yoga is a great option for those looking to build flexibility, strength and balance, as well as for those seeking a state of deep relaxation and mental clarity.

STEP 1
INTRO WORKSHOP
Sign up for the INTRO WORKSHOP, which is the foundation and requirement for participating in our group classes, regardless if you are a novice or experienced athlete. Get to know our vibe and our training methodology; share with us your intention and goals for joining our community, and any injuries or other limitations that may concern you.
During the workshop we will focus on these basic principles:
- How breathing influences our nervous system, our aerobic capacity, and our ability to handle stress.
- How core stabilization and conscious muscle activation creates efficient and safe movement.
Max class capacity: 5 people
Class duration: 2 hours
STEP 2
ONBOARD GROUP CLASSES
Attend our ONBOARD group classes, like HHIT, AEROBIC CAPACITY, BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH and YOGA for as long as needed, maximum 3 times per week, in order to practice the basic principles you have been introduced at the INTRO WORKSHOP; build your confidence and progressively increase the intensity of your training, before joining classes with more demanding workouts.

STEP 3
ADVANCED GROUP CLASSES
Attend more advanced group classes, like METCON, BARBELL STRENGTH, GYMNASTICS, CALISTHENICS, OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING and PERFORMANCE; take your fitness journey to the next level!
