INTRO WORKSHOP
The INTRO Workshop is the basis and prerequisite for your integration to the group classes of our gym, regardless of whether you are experienced or not in our training methodology.
Here we will have the opportunity to get to know each other, tell us about your lifestyle, your goals, the changes you wish to achieve by coming to Comradery, and possibly any history of injuries or other health problems you are facing at the moment. We, on our part, will inform you about our training methodology and coaching philosophy, and the process you need to go through in order to participate in our training classes.
On a theoretical and practical level, we will focus on the following basic principles:
- The influence of respiration on our autonomic nervous system, aerobic capacity and stress management
- The human body movement torques
- Trunk and joint stabilization
- Body awareness during training
Our goal is for you to learn the way in which we apply the above principles in our training, in order to move safely and efficiently.
