GYMNASTICS
Our Gymnastics class is designed for athletes who already possess basic bodyweight strength and want to learn the skill of more advanced and technical CrossFit movements like:
- the free handstand hold
- the handstand walk
- the kipping & butterfly pull-up
- the ring & bar muscle-up
For safety reasons, the basic strength and skill requirements to participate in the class are:
- 30″ active hang from the pull-up bar & rings
- 30″ parallettes support hold (top & bottom position)
- 15″ rings support hold (top & bottom position)
- 3/5 strict pull-ups & chin-ups
- 6/10 push-ups
- 3/5 dips on parallettes & rings
- 30” wall handstand hold
- 3/5 strict wall handstand push-ups
- 10 strict toes-to-bar
- 15” L-sit hold
