AEROBIC CAPACITY

The Aerobic Capacity training class is a fitness class focused on improving your ability to use oxygen during physical activities (VO2 max).

It typically involves a combination of high-intensity cardio exercises, such as running, cycling, rowing, skiing and rope jumping, while controlling your breath and movement tempo. 

The goal of the class is to increase your body’s cardiovascular fitness and endurance, allowing you to perform physical activities for longer periods and at a higher intensity.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
