The Bodyweight Strength class is a fitness class that focuses on using a person’s own body weight to improve strength, muscle endurance, and muscle mass.
It typically includes exercises such as push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, planks, ring supports, handstand holds and handstand push-ups, v-ups, L-sits, pistols, plyometric jumps and others.
The class is designed to improve overall fitness and enhance athletic performance without the use of external weights or gym equipment.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels.
