GYMNASTICS

Our Gymnastics class is designed for athletes who already possess basic bodyweight strength and want to learn the skill of more advanced and technical CrossFit movements like:

  • the free handstand hold
  • the handstand walk
  • the kipping & butterfly pull-up 
  • the ring & bar muscle-up

For safety reasons, the basic strength and skill requirements to participate in the class are:

  • 30″ active hang from the pull-up bar & rings
  • 30″ parallettes support hold (top & bottom position)
  • 15″ rings support hold (top & bottom position)
  • 3/5 strict pull-ups & chin-ups
  • 6/10 push-ups
  • 3/5 dips on parallettes & rings
  • 30” wall handstand hold
  • 3/5 strict wall handstand push-ups
  • 10 strict toes-to-bar
  • 15” L-sit hold
