Η.Η.Ι.Τ. (HOLISTIC HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING)
Holistic High-Intensity Training is our comprehensive approach to fitness that emphasizes mind-body connection awareness, while performing full-body functional movements in high-intensity metabolic conditioning workouts. It aims to improve overall physical, mental and emotional fitness.
It focuses on functional movements and includes exercises that target multiple muscle groups, improve mobility, stability, balance, and coordination, and help to develop power, strength, cardiovascular endurance and aerobic capacity.
The training is typically performed at high effort for short or long periods of time, with the goal of pushing the body and the mind to its limits, and achieving maximum results. Some common types of exercises used in H.H.I.T. include cardio, bodyweight exercises, resistance training with external objects, plyometrics, and high-intensity interval training.
The emphasis is on a holistic approach to fitness, which means the goal is to improve health, quality of life and athletic performance.
