PERFORMANCE

The CrossFit Performance class is a fitness class that emphasizes the competitive aspects of CrossFit and prepares participants for competition.

It involves high-intensity and high-skill challenging workouts, designed to test an individual’s strength, endurance, power, and agility. The exercises and movements are performed at a higher level of difficulty and intensity to simulate the demands of competition. 

For safety reasons, the basic skill and strength requirements to participate in the class are:

  • 5/8 strict HSPU
  • 10m handstand walk
  • 10 kipping & butterfly pull-ups
  • 3/5 bar & ring muscle-up
  • 10 pistols, alternating  

This class is suitable only for advanced fitness level athletes.
